1. Filing a Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA notice, you must provide the following information in writing (pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
